Dear Former Employee, We really appreciate your years of service to DWFritz. It is true that occasionally working outside of normal hours may be necessary to get the job done - we are in the world of advanced manufacturing after all. However, our resource planning is conducted with 40 hour work weeks in mind, and our agile staffing model allows us to quickly bring in new employees and contingency resources as we have long-term and short-term increases in volume. We continue to make strides ensuring a work/life balance for our employees, both in our work processes and our employee programs, but we do acknowledge that our rapid growth came before we were able to get some of these things in place.
