Pros

If you work in the right building you'll get: A gym Oatmeal Free Car Charging A nice eating space But only if you work in the right building. Other location gets none of this

Cons

Hostile Managers - I watched as members of my team were threatened and demeaned by managers. Managers here are extremely petty and vindictive. High Rate of Loss - don't get used to anyone Pay vs Expectation does not come close to acceptable Rudderless - Leadership does not know what they are doing from the tip top down, leaving middle management and below floundering without direction Current Leadership is just trying to flip the company, therefore greed rules. They aren't interested in listening to reason from mid level managers, and mid level managers take this out on the lower level. Staffing issues - You will have no one to help you or train you. Misleading Profit reporting to employees - Profit through making cuts. No Growth - You're far more likely to be contracted on and over looked than you are to actually grow at the company. They will lie and tell you otherwise. You'll spend years waiting for that to come to fruition.

Pros

The office is kinda okay?

Cons

If you're doing controls engineering be prepared to work ludicrous hours. Like 100hrs/week at times. And plan on being gone overseas for 4 weeks at a time, the "3 week travel" turns into 3 weeks straight of working 14 hour days with no days off then a "hey we really need you to stay another week." There's a very real risk of spending enough days in China that you are subject to their income taxation requirements.
