Fancy swag and parties, option to be loaned a work computer, nice employee kitchen
Cons
Was denied raise after absorbing 2 full-time jobs (1 employee was let go, and another transitioned into a different position), was talked to for "too much water cooler talk" one time, completely feared the owner, gossip within the work environment, significant turn over, owner would not budge on price for event space and would rather let it sit empty, only accrued 1 day of PTO every 3 months, had to clock in and out rigorously even though I was a salaried employee, etc.
