My process still has permanent WFH policy which is great. Nothing else.
Cons
very high work pressure, No salary hike since 3 years, no scope for professional growth, very poor and arrogant people in the team who do not respect others, no benefits, no rewards, no appreciation no fun, no entertainment only work work work.
