Working for DXP has been fantastic. Product knowledge is key for any sales role, and DXP offers a large range of products to understand. My supervisor has gone above and beyond to teach me everything he can about the products we represent, while still handling his enormous work load, which speaks volumes in itself. When I started, we spent many days per week, for months, in a conference room where he taught me so much more than I was expecting, which equipped me greatly when handling my customer base. Continuously throughout my time at DXP, my supervisor, inside teams, and fellow sales reps have personally and individually assisted me whenever I needed it, with the sole intention of helping me become successful in this industry. DXP is among the top, if not the top, rotating equipment distributor in the U.S., and they don't take that for granted. We are constantly learning, evolving, and improving, through our customers and through each other. I am very grateful for my time so far with DXP, and look forward to learning more, and working with my team and my customers for years and years to come.
