A lot of favoritism, toxic environment, management has no idea how to properly manage people, they only know how to be bossy. Managers treat every person differently (what one can do another cannot), HR does not care about mental health, and often do nothing to actually support the employees, instead they support the managers no matter what, even if the manager is wrong. Their history of loosing good, knowledgeable employees should speak for itself. Unless you like toxic, unhealthy work places, where no one cares about your well being, I would not recommend working here.
