The part-timer pay rate is higher than others, as far as I know, full-timer's pay is average.
Cons
This is a family business that is extremely profit-oriented, so much that there has never been in the past 5 years that I've worked in the company, any company dinner or retreat, welfare management in this company is extremely poor. Almost no bonus for full-timers, bosses can terminate your contract (full-time and part-time) almost immediately simply because they are unhappy with you, leaving your outlet shorthanded and they won't care. I have seen so many managers in the company leaving the company every few months. Senior management and the heads of the company are rude and unreasonable to staff, they all appear to lack basic empathy and compassion. Therefore company culture - Brutal. From my observation and experience, this company has zero loyalty to any staff even if you have worked for this company for years, so if you are planning to work for this company just be aware of this. Just come and go if you are looking for experience.
