There is an expectation to be available outside working hours, and employees are asked to install Telegram on their personal phones so they can be contacted at any time, affecting work-life balance.
In some cases, terminations are handled very abruptly. The client informed the employee first, while the company only communicated the termination at the end of the final day of the contract. I expected a more professional and employee-focused approach, such as giving advance notice or attempting to relocate high-performing employees within the company instead of ending the contract so suddenly.
