Pros
Have a set schedule. New software allowed you to add and remove classes which became beneficial if you had students you did not like.
Cons
Material at times was not up to my standards. The software limited your ability to have more dynamic lessons with the students. More interactive software would have made classes more enjoyable and engaging for the students.
