Pros
Salaries are competitive. Health insurance and vacation are good. Good place to get experience. Some people get together after work for happy hour, etc.
Cons
The company is very unorganized and communication between employees and departments is seriously lacking. Most employees have more work than they can handle, and the assignments are divided up without logic. Lots of mistakes due to sacrificing quality over quantity. There is a lot of turnover, low morale, and a lot of people there are not approachable or helpful. There is also little to no training, and a lot of information to learn. It's just not a good work environment. Most people want to leave. Hours are 9-6, with no flexibility for work/life balance. It's a small company doing big things with not enough people in place.
