They have good benefits, but they do that in order to lure people into the company.

Everything, management sucks! This is probably the company with the highest turnover rate in Miami, and they will also fire you even if you have been in the company for 10+ years. Everyone to them is replaceable. They are extremely sexist; they don't let women have better positions, only APM or Estimator. If you want to be a woman PM, there is no place. The vice president screams at employees, and the president is a complete fake; he doesn't care. They abuse their titles. As an estimator, you can expect to do overtime, which is not negotiable in their eyes. They will make you wait if you have to submit a project. You will stay until 10 PM if necessary, but you will turn it in; they will have lunch in front of you while you are working and haven't eaten anything yet.
