You get your own classroom and salary is good. The kids are adorable and if you only work 1-2 years and stay out of any type of higher up position. Things will be okay.
Cons
The director is unprofessional and very tempermental. He is shady in business practices and there are many illegal things happening here. Foreign teachers teach everything, no breaks or prep time.
