Pros
We had plenty of opportunities to learn and improve skills, coworkers were good, knowledgeable, and usually willing to help.
Cons
Systems in place are very rigid and slow and require you to jump through many hoops to get anything done. Management is overall good but senior engineers can be stuck in their ways.
