Pay is high but should be based off hours required

Was lied to during the hiring process about hours that would be required. Have typically worked 70+ hour weeks since beginning which is unsustainable long term. Training for supervisors is non existent you’re expected to learn the ins and outs of giant hvac systems plus all of the processes of the plant despite the fact there are no written SOPs anywhere. Dealing with the union rules and regulations is a nightmare especially since you receive no training on it only a 50 page book which covers about 1/4 of the issues you’ll encounter.
