Pros
-Great Benefits -Great Team -Supportive Superior -Higher pay range for fresh graduates -A lots of trainings and events -They will listen to majority when comes to implementing rules (but don't expect they will act immediately, they will take about a year to implement) -Staggered working hour -Engineers get to travel a lot tho, but not for designers.
Cons
-Old school management (micromanage) -Extremely bad work life balance (message keep coming although you are on leave) -HR is the worst, treating everyone like a child (they are exactly like school prefects telling you what to do & what not to do. Don't waste your time to argue with them as they are too stubborn to listen. I've tried but it's wasting my time.) -Company implement policy without doing any market & employee study (Is like they woke up decided to immediately implement a policy then expect you to abide to it) -Is a BIG NO NO if you are a senior. I honestly advise you not to join this company as their pay is extremely low for senior but not for manager. -Steep career progression. -It says hybird work style but they will only give you a day (they frame it in a way saying that it's a benefit that the company give it to you, you'd better appreciate it we could've not give it to you even the company survey tell that majority prefer wfh) -The people in this company are used to listen to the orders, following the flow and play safe. Therefore if you are ambitious I wouldn't advise you to join this company either. -They never successfully retain any employee as their benefits only tailor for Gen X but not for Millennials and Gen Z and they can only afford fresh grads. -Certain department will not be able to go on business trips usually only superior will do the travelling but not subordinates.
