      Cold work environment. Unfriendly and detached staff. Zero camaraderie. Mean and depressing content rewriting or copying other publications articles. Unprofessional and unethical journalistic practices. Tyrannical upper management. Bullying editors. Not a workplace for the fainthearted.

      Inflexibility with working arrangements Roster/leave processes unfair/mismanaged Requires reporters to not only research and write copy, but to do other assets like pics etc now (not the job I signed up for)
