      No Pros at all in the company

      Cons

      Highly unethical Can fire people for asking the promised hike. Their idea is just replace people who ask for hike with another person or couple of people within same or lower package Can't retain higher management people Finds random excuses to fire people 6 day working No cafeteria no perks Plz feel free to join in case you want to destroy your career

      Pros

      I had a good overral experience 1. Lot of challenging work 2. Perfect place to learn about b2c products and customer behaviour 3. Open structure. Everyone is very receptive to ideas and everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Lots of ideas are exchanged and listened to 4. Approachable and down to earth founders

      Cons

      1. Location is in Whitefield. Far from everywhere in Bangalore 2. Sometimes it is very demanding, you need to be active 24 hours on whatsapp and mail
