Upper management lacks - Manager Daily Table Employee Review

Healthcare sucks. Pto policy is probably the worst and is different for those who work in "the office". They automatically use your pto time if you miss a shift regardless if it was an emergency, health issue or whatever reason you had. This prevents anyone from being able to take time off. Therefore it has a high turnover across the stores. Upper management has no regards for the well being of the store teams.
