Not a Great Place to Work!! - Senior Executive Dainik Jagran Employee Review

Let just list down the cons:- 1. Poor and inefficient HR ( almost no existence) 2. Too much politics, as if they are themselves some politician. 3. The office culture follows- "Divide And Rule". 4. Non- Revenue generating people like Admin, Graphics and others are treated like a garbage in the company and other sales people are told not to mingle with them, as they are not revenue generating. 5. GM level people- ideally will go out for meetings and sales call, but whole day will be found in Beauty Salons and Movie theatres. 6. Motivation- "Please forget about it". 7. Scope of growth is only restricted to ones, who can go down till washing cars and doing groceries for the top management. 8."GM" would expect you to help them in putting Nail Paints in office. 9. Very unprofessional and Sarkari kind of setup. 10. The BOSS- smokes inside the office and no one can't say anything. 11. Only Face value matters and not the quality.
