-Rude customers (creepy old men, smokers, demanding/excessive requests, etc)
-Entitled regulars (were up at 6 AM daily banging on the doors to be let in and several looked down on employees for working in fast food)
-Ice cream bags and drink boxes were a pain to carry
-POS system was ok to operate but got complicated at times (would overcharge customers or be difficult to find certain items)
-Drive Thru system (headset and speaker) were a pain to operate, especially when customers whispered or when it was raining
-Strict and hard to manage Drive Thru time requirements (maximum of 3:30)
-Two managers were fired for stealing…
