The CNA's really care about the residents there and the staff are friendly.

The owners! Seriously - why is it ok for staff to call the owners directly and complain? If staff is not performing their job duties, why does management need to contact an owner to get the ok to write someone up? Why is the owner allowing floor staff to go over managements head and taking their side before even talking to management. Words directly from owners "Let's just talk about the elephant in the room, you are JUST and LPN." Seriously? So glad the owners think so highly of educated people.
