Pros

Casual dress code, relatively flexible hours, free snacks, young coworkers.

Cons

1. The CEO is selfish and unreliable. He only cares about two things: money and himself. 2. The Clients are miserable to work with. 3. The Pay is insufficient and below industry average. 4. The Benefits are lacking; no health insurance. 5. The Workload is unmanageable and the company is constantly under-staffed - See #9. 6. The Stress is overwhelming. 7. The Leadership is non-existent, everyone has to fight for attention from the CEO. 8. The Training is sink or swim. There’s no formalized training and coworkers are overworked so you have to learn on your own. 9. The Turnover is frequent due to #1-8. Most people only make it about a year. 10. The Room for Advancement - Refer to #7.

Pros

The management team is top-notch, always keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in the industry, which allows employees to learn a lot and stay ahead of the curve. I appreciated the focus on ongoing learning and professional development, which helped me grow in my role. Overall, I would highly recommend Dakno Marketing to anyone looking for a stimulating and fulfilling work experience.

Cons

I don’t see any cons for working there. It’s the best honestly

Pros

Not really sure what the pros are

Cons

They pay like a salary employee but you have to log your time like an hourly employee and they want every minute accounted for. It’s a salary job with none of the benefits of a salaried position. Sometimes with a salary job you have to work overtime but then there are other times were you may not have to work a full day, not at Dakno. They give you plenty of work so you pretty much always have to work over time but there is a never a time you get a day with a little less work. The pay is very low. You only get off 10 days a year, that is your vacation time and sick time, while the owner is constantly off.
