Management are simply money hungry and frankly do not care about us or the candidates/clients. The clients that they do care for are the clients that they grew up with. Everyone else is viewed as a transaction. The CEO, I’m sure thinks he’s a motivational speaker. Rather, he is a bully where I’ve seen junior folks leave the company as quick as the next day because of the way they are “welcomed”. I’m sure there will be a response to this review from the CEO himself with jargon about how this is fabricated and not true and how they strive to do “abc” and have demonstrated that through “xyz”. I think my colleagues are too scared to be truthful about our experience here. If you’ve read this far, I encourage you to read our reviews on yelp for a clearer picture of how we truly operate.
