Pros

The SDRs were creative and talented and the base was strong but that is about all of the positive things I can honestly say here.

Cons

My overall experience here was quite negative. The value prop changed 5 times in 8 months, the OTE I was sold was completely unrealistic, there was constant micromanagement from a sales leader without any sales experience, and the product/market fit was flimsy at best.

Pros

Company is open to new ideas, no matter what level you are at within the company- if there’s a better way of doing things, they will listen and invest Even though it’s a remote setting, it’s as good as you can ask for with a good culture. Leadership genuinely cares about your success and will have clear instructions on how to achieve quota that is actually attainable. Leadership has very meaningful industry connections that can help accelerate growth in the coming years.

Cons

Took a lot of time to nail down consistent messaging/value prop, but that’s to be expected with a start up.

Remote work and hard working team of SDRs pulling on the same rope.

Cons

Micromanagement, unattainable OTE, no formal comp plan which allowed it to be changed on a whim. No clear direction from sales leader(s).
