Pros
Everyone knows each other, employees and members are so respectful to each other, and the management team is one of the best I have ever worked with. The pay here is better than the same job opportunities in the Dallas area because it's straight from member dues.
Cons
It is a country club that focuses on golf, the golf course and grounds are beautifully maintained. However, the other amenities don't get the same attention. The pool deck is broken, and the pool bar tile floors are missing a few tiles. The grass inside the fenced in pool area has turned to a muddy mess and the mud clogs up the splash pad and slide. Providing first aid to children who stepped on the broken pool decks or tiles was a common occurrence. Unfortunately, member dues pay for repairs as well, and the focus is the golf course, so I don't see this changing anytime soon.
