Pros
This company has excellent benefits. Great hours, and we get a lot of paid days off during the year. Its a great place to work.
Cons
The medical benefits are free for the employee, but cost a lot to to add you family. Also if the county don't have money in the budget that year. There will not be any raises that year. I have been working there for several many year and for three year we did not get a raise, but that was many years ago.
