They do comprehensive training. Bonuses monthly with some positions. Staff meeting. Clear expectations.

On site living. This is not even that bad.

p/t hours offered at some properties. Most co-workers were nice.

Worst management company I have worked for.... Badly run properties and inexperienced PM that thinks she knows it all. She doesn't really returning calls or emails and getting back to residents, often would go by (6 or more weeks) for her to simply respond! A basic customer service step..... Pay is about the lowest in the industry. Training is a joke, and sadly very little to no integrity regarding care of their apartments. My advice, don't waste your time.
