Cons
Worst company I have ever worked for. Only cared about how many houses they could pump out, no concern for customers, employees or quality of product. Guys having 20+ homes at a time. Constantly screamed at and having your job threatened almost on a daily basis. Working for this company gave me health issues due to the amount of stress and pressure they bury you under. They do not care. No amount of money is worth the stress this company puts you under so upper management can make their numbers and get their bonus. They treat good employees as disposable. Does not matter how hard you work, it’s like their goals are to bury their employees. If you want to look at their work, google it. Made news several times this year alone with crappy products because the cut corners and crappy work but whatever can save a buck and get your numbers, right? If you have any integrity or pride in your work, stay as far away from this company as possible. There isn’t an pm I know there that isn’t actively seeking for a new position.
