The people outside of middle and upper management are very nice to work with. Newly renovated corporate office. Raleigh and Charlotte divisions stand out as the best divisions to work for - would not recommend working for any other divisions or the corporate office
Cons
Very high turnover and HR/upper management can't figure out why when its very obvious. DRB is trying to change culture from a small founder ran company to a strict corporate culture and many changes have made things worse. Middle and upper management are completely disconnected from the reality of their employees. Lack of transparency from company leaders - especially in the realm of strategy and direction. Benefits are below average. Corporate office does not push employees to grow, learn, and give constructive honest feedback. The effects of this can be seen in many of the middle managers that have been there for a long time. As an employee, I usually got the feeling that upper level people did not care at all about anyone below them
