Helpful Team Bonus Decent Benefits

Cons

-Micromanagement -The bonus can vary drastically, some years its really good other years its laughable. -Every plant for themselves mentality. -Self perceived value at the plant level does not align with the goals of upper level management. Employees that leave are not replaced, their workload is redistributed. That trend will probably not change anytime soon.

FMLA was standard and they were accommodating to pumping mothers. A standard 4 day 10hr shift that was doable Unionized Held safety meetings

Pros

Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

Cons

No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
