Primitive company - Finance Manager Danaher Employee Review

Danaher companies operate solo and depending on your luck you could get one that is really primitive in their operations and thinking. Resource is not optimised efficiently, analysis team does huge proportion of accounting work because shared services support is not there. People always work late because the focus is always off. Management think by being detailed they are in full control so they micromanage but they over complicate things and create unnecessary work so people are too busy filling in templates to do any other value adding work. You can feedback but you either get empty promises or told you should adapt to their primitive culture. This is not the typical MNC culture anyone would expect.
