      Pros

      I love the program. Ability to really deep dive into various roles. People are great to work with and the compensation is solid.

      Cons

      You have to really want a rotational program that is about 2 years per rotation. Many of the companies work in silos.

      Pros

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
