      Pros

      Be an investor and buy their stock. You will get more benefit as an investor than as an employee, I see this now that I'm on both sides of the fence.

      Cons

      Cheap . Always cutting, they've gone as far as lowering the requirements for certain positions in order to pay less.

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
