Pros
Job feels very stable, no mass layoffs, good managers, good work culture. Of course, as in all companies this size, your work environment will mostly depend on the team that you end up with. But from what I can see, most teams aren't having huge issues or very heavy workloads.
Cons
Investing heavily into labour in India and moving jobs out of EU. No bonuses. Yearly salary reviews are a joke. If you come here to work in a mid or junior position it will be very hard to move to a more senior position, so you'll probably have to change your employer eventually or be stuck in your position for a very long time.
