      On your birthday, they gave you a $10 gift card.

      Cons

      Daraja Services/Management Consulting was the worst company I ever had the displeasure of working for. The entire leadership team was built via nepotism and it is a really "who knows who" type vibe. Racist and misogynist "jokes" were common place. It was overall a bad experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      Competitive environment that pushes everyone to be proactive. Salaries are quiet good, in addition to health insurance and other benefits

      Cons

      no clear career path. No reward system, and sometimes when you have to report to two managers, the coordination becomes difficult.
