Pros
Always had the best co workers that I still keep up with and talk to. During the week was easy to give shifts or pick up shifts as needed. Credit card tips paid daily. Minimal sidework
Cons
First worked for them in the 90s and it was a wonderful job. Management and all staff worked together to succeed. Management was allowed to have a sense of humor then, not anymore. Customers have gone way downhill and managers rain gift cards and blame staff for rude picky hard to please guests. You can't defend yourself at all. And all you can eat soup and salad is horrible
