      Very low rate of being laid off unless you're obviously not doing any work and don't know how to please people you work for.

      Cons

      Same like in the pros, if you're the one who is seeking challenges to grow and would rather spending time on working hard instead of please people, this isn't the place for you.

      Management is disconnected from the market and can't decide where or what they want to do. Can't finish products as a result.
