Terrible. Would not recommend. - Maintenance Darigold Employee Review

During my first week of working for Darigold I sat around and listened to my co workers tell me about how much they disliked working there and how they can't wait to land a new job. If this wasn't the biggest motivation killer for a new hire then I don't know what is. Low-average pay - nothing special. Micromanaging is very bad here. Disorganized - multiple unions and job titles working together, stepping on each others toes and making even the simplest tasks difficult. Surprisingly a dirty environment for food processing. Absolutely terrible work/life balance. No days off for a year.
