losing hope - Anonymous employee Darigold Employee Review

Pay can be slightly low to market. No one knows how to achieve a raise or bonus unless of course you are in the favorites team which is very obvious. New review system makes no sense to how they are doing this and as others have said here we are 'suggested' to write positive reviews to bump our scores up on this site which was a big deal to new leadership a year ago to make it look better - when I think this is to cover up how intimated people are by new leader. I think it is showing in business results now too.
