Stable industry for now.. opportunity to grow and become better only if we learn. Good people in non management positions get things done and keeping the company afloat. Except we are loosing our good people now. Beware "Testimonials paid for by the CIO" - Clean your act not Image. Good people leaving, hence the open positions.

Management always pleasing the board, no clear vision for that future. Big talk, hot air and Sand castles, No concept of what it takes to get things done. Talk a big talk and you are in the dog and pony show for the board to hear and see. Beware "Testimonials paid for by the CIO" - Clean your act not Image. For the talented, no place to go. burn your self out, held back. waste of your years.Good place for a "Yes Man" Seattle is great place to find work, avoid the misery and anguish years into your career. You can grow and be happier somewhere else while they find the path forward. Lots of unnecessary stress.
