Pros
Decent pay and benefits, frequent raises. They are very flexible with your schedule.
Cons
Poor or no training, there is an expectation that you will just "get it". The employer has a specific way they want you to do things, but they will not teach you. The company claims they provide you tools, but you are only provided the bare minimum, sometimes making it difficult to do your job. The expectation is that you will buy your own tools, but this is not communicated during hiring.
