      Pros

      I had the chance to work on some good projects for big developers.The payments were usually on time, and working with management was usually a pleasurable experience.

      Cons

      I wasn't paid for my services on the last project I worked on, not only that but I received no information on the situation despite numerous attempts to contact them.

      None. There were absolutely no pros.

      Cons

      Darkside is the most mismanaged company I have ever worked at. Its owner ran the place with complete disregard for human welfare. He mandated over a year of crunch, 7 days a week, and when I started talking to the team about how the industry was moving away from crunch and we could too, I was fired for giving hope to humans that they have value. I am still on anxiety and depression meds for the depression this put me through.
