Pros

Staff size is small enough that your voice is heard. If you want to make a career here, you can. Management is open to feedback and suggestions, and will help you succeed. Attitude matters big time in how you’re viewed/treated. Most managers and executives are very personable, and really care about employees being happy. Staff as a whole is very friendly. Building is great, lots of amenities – gym, cafeteria, etc.

Cons

Vacation days aren’t great – you work the day after Thanking, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Plus all bank holidays. Most managers are pretty flexible though. Benefits are expensive.

Pros

You’ll become incredibly organized and resourceful, because the internal communication gaps and constant changes force you to develop your own systems just to keep things running smoothly

Cons

Most of the problems at this company come from within. Communication is all over the place, instructions are vague, and processes seem to change out of nowhere. Different people tell you different things, which causes confusion and mistakes. Details and instruction is often unclear, and employees are basically left to figure things out without much guidance. You’re either micromanaged or hung out to dry with no communication or direction. There is no middle ground anywhere in the company. There’s also not much accountability from leadership. Issues get passed down instead of being fixed. Teams aren’t on the same page, one department is told one thing while others have no idea. Employees are then stuck trying to sort it out. Priorities constantly switch with no explanation, and you often end up taking the blame for problems caused by unclear direction. The internal disorganization causes a lot of unnecessary stress and extra work, and employees end up dealing with problems they didn’t create.
