Great stepping stone to learn how to sell and carry yourself. It was a great place to work. All the free cups you want. Well respected name in industry. If you are newer in sales this is a great position. But be aware after 3 years you need promoted or you are vastly underpaid.
Cons
Doesn’t pay what the market bares for highly skilled and motivated people. Once you feel you have gained the skills there is no way to advance without feeling Micromanaged. But if you are happy to follow the rules because “that’s the way we’ve always done it” This is the place for you. At Dart There is more benefit to following a sales “work-with” day protocol than actually advancing your business. Cultures like this are dying but with billions of dollars to hoard this dinosaur will survive. If you prefer you can work hard for 3 years and shine then coast for the next 27. If you want to do the bare minimum this is a great place for you.
