Health benefits aren’t bad compared to other companies. Unlimited sick pay, which is a huge thing for some. Plenty of opportunity for travel if your a road warrior. Somewhat close to cost of living annual raises.
Cons
Upper management does not care about anyone who isn’t a director or above. It’s all about their self preservation so they can get promoted. High turnover rates at the plants caused by a corporate culture who ignores the people who make the company run well. Communication is poor because your only avenue are voicemails that aren’t returned, tickets that are ignored, and email addresses that go unanswered. The culture of ignoring people is toxic and showed no signs of slowing down. But remember, as long as your time card showed 40 hours somehow, you were perceived as doing your job.
