Pros
Dart was taking over Solo Cup and we were working to bring plant up to the required standards, which were being required by customers. Dart said they had finances available to complete the projects.
Cons
Dart hired a large number of Executive Mangers from Solo Cup to make the transition to a large (huge) company. But what should have been done was promote their existing managers instead of using the ones from Solo, (the Sweetheart Managers) who had made bad financial decisions ; before the Solo/Sweetheart merger & after the Solo/Sweetheart merger!
