      Good benefits. A good talented group of artists. Nothing more I can really say thats good. Things need to turn around because people are not happy and want to leave.

      Cons

      Poor Management (under statement). Your concerns are ignored. Low pay. People are looked down on from management.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
