Pros
Benefits are ok, very friendly employees who work very hard and work together.
Cons
Pay scale is way to low and they still expect more in less time. H.R. department isn't for the employees, technology is behind the times. Management micro manages to much. No piad sick days, job is very physical and unsafe at times and management doesn't take safety concerns to seriously. There seems to be a lack of respect for the employees by management.
