Pros
-Very transparent and clear messaging from senior management, any questions you ask will be answered and I would always feel comfortable walking up to the CEO with any questions or concerns I have, confident that he would take the time to sit down with me -High growth environment and a lot of opportunity for you to progress your career and excel, your development is mapped out but you are given every opportunity to grow at any rate you feel possible and are always supported by leadership - Despite the high growth the culture remains the same, CEO knows everyone by name and there is a tight bond between people in the business - it's fun but professional - Given a lot of responsibility from a junior point of your career, which has challenged me professionally and intellectually and I feel I have grown far quicker than my friends who started their careers at the same time as me and have advanced less quickly - On the above point, the senior management trust in juniors and really do everything they can to help them achieve their best potential - Fun perks such as flights around the world and lunch clubs, which are accessible to all no matter your level (e.g. highest billing Associate can go even if they aren't highest billing individual on their team etc)
Cons
- No work phone - Hours can be long, but this is dependent on the individual and a lot of people stay because they are self-motivated and not because they are told to. Similarly, it is a reflection of how much work people have which is positive as it shows how successful the people and business is - Could aim for more women in senior roles in the business
