When I started at Dash it was a very different company. Great culture somewhat supportive (somewhat is a stretch).
Cons
I started after they had turned the trades and labour team over 3 times in the space of 4 months.
The problem is you are remotely managed from another state with out a definitive leader based in Sydney. You go to Melbourne for a 3 days and supposedly get trained but nothing in detail. They then do a random check in once or maybe every second week sometimes it is not till the end of the month you have a one on one.
There is no long term career potentials within both divisions on the company. One division used to have a team of 12 in Sydney now has a team of 2 and is to top heavy with salaries.
The commission structure is terrible if you reach your comms threshold the month after the quater you will be paid 1/3 for the next three pay cycles. The problem is different consultants are on different structures within both divisions some are on 35% other have to generate 6x base to be eligible for comms.
There are plenty of other companies to work for in Sydney I would not join a sinking ship.
